The Ever After Club reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Once an order is placed with The Ever After Club, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Bespoke Clients

When The Ever After Club takes on a bespoke order, are timelines are automatically locked in and work begins on your order, from this point forward there are a few things that we need from you. We need a good level of contact, if we contact during the production of your order, we desperately need those answers. If we don't get them, it can hinder the progress of your order and potentially lead us to cancelling your order.

Secondly, we will take a non-refundable deposit when taking your order on, this will be confirmed with you in your initial emails. Once all the details have been finalised, full payment is needed before we print or send anything out to you.

Payment plans are available on bigger orders and all payment dates will be set out in your initial order emails.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.  Any discounts applied to quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Ordering

As soon as full payment has cleared, our timelines begin.

Designs are copyright of The Ever After Club. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. Designs that feature small parts and decorations are not suitable for children. Slight variations between each item may occur in the following: self adhesive wax seals, tassels, vellum wraps, handmade envelopes, and hand dyed ribbon.

Colours

Colour on screen will always look different to the printed version. Similarly, your printer may not print exactly the same as the printers The Ever After Club use. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the printing process, colour variation can occur between print runs. Therefore, colours will differ between your stationery and any samples or hard copy proofs that you receive. Stationery larger in size than A3 are printed on different printers to all other wedding stationery, therefore the colour will differ to any co-ordinating stationery. Tassels and self adhesive wax seals are handmade to order, as such colour will vary between batches.

Card Stock

Card and paper stock are used as follows: 300gsm white or ivory card.

Refunds will not be issued if on receipt of your order, you do not like the card stock used. Please note that colour can vary between different reams of card/paper stock.

Payment

Full payment in (£) pound sterling is required to secure your order. Accepted payment methods are cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to The Ever After Club. For payment via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once you have placed your order.

Supply of Information

To minimise amendment and the need for reproofing, the wording supplied for wedding stationery must be your final wording with correct content. This includes spelling, spacing, dates, timings and grammar. The information to complete on-the-day stationery orders must be supplied at least 6 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). It is your responsibility to ensure this information is with The Ever After Club within this time line. Approval to print on-the-day stationery must be received by The Ever After Club no later than 5 weeks before your wedding (unless otherwise agreed). This allows time for production and delivery. Failure to do so risks you not receiving your stationery in time for your wedding and The Ever After Club will not be held responsible.

Proofs

Proofs are free and sent as a digital PDF via email using the wording you supply and colour and design agreed in your order. Prices include colour changes, font changes and wording changes. Two rounds of changes (digital proofs) are included per item of stationery. If any further changes are needed, there will be an additional charge per round of changes. Changes include any change made to your stationery, no matter how minor. If on receipt of your digital proofs, you decide that you would like a complete redesign and change to another collection, a £25.00 design fee will be charged for each item of stationery. You are responsible for checking the proofs for all content, including layout, sizing, colour (please refer to the colour section for more information), dates, timings, spellings, spacing and grammar. The Ever After Club does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, The Ever After Club takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full. On review of your proofs, if any amendments are required, all changes must be emailed to The Ever After Club.

Lead time

Once your order has been confirmed, and full payment has cleared, The Ever After Club will contact you within 1 working day for all of your wording and colour details. Once The Ever After Club has received this information, a digital PDF proof of your personalised wedding stationery will be sent to you within 5 working days. Once you have approved your proofs, your stationery will be printed. Digitally printed stationery will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. In some circumstances these timings may alter due to unforeseen circumstances, if this is the case, The Ever After Club will keep you updated on your order. Throughout the year, The Ever After Club will close for annual leave and will include closed dates on the front page of the website. It's important to note that this will affect standard processing timelines.

Postage & Packing

All orders are delivered Monday - Friday. Delivery is tracked and will require a signature to provide proof of receipt. The Ever After Club take extreme care in packing your goods. In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage, please write ‘damaged’ when signing for the parcel and report this to The Ever After Club within 24 hours via email. Failure to do so will impede any claim that is made and will mean that The Ever After Club cannot replace your items free of charge. If ordering wedding day stationery (orders of service, place cards, seating plan, welcome sign, menus or table names) alongside save the date cards, invitations or reply cards, all wedding day stationery will be dispatched separately at a later date once you have confirmed your guest list. The address for the delivery of your wedding day stationery must be provided at least 6 weeks before your wedding date. Failure to provide this information will risk your order not being delivered in time for your wedding and The Ever After Club will not be held responsible.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Tassels and self adhesive wax seals are handmade to order. It is not possible to change the colour, quantity or style once your order has been agreed and payment has been received. Orders for tassels and wax seals cannot be cancelled or refunded, neither will refunds be made for colour discrepancies. As your wedding stationery is personalised and tailored to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof can not be refunded. If you decide to cancel your order once design work has started and proofs exchanged, a 50% refund will be issued. Peony & Rose Wedding Stationery reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer does not comply with our terms and conditions.
